How to subscribe to a subscription with SNCB?

Do you frequently use the SNCB network? You will have the opportunity to subscribe to a subscription. You can select the most suitable subscription for your profile online or at a counter. To subscribe to a subscription at an SNCB counter, you will need to complete the subscription request form.

Would you like to subscribe to a Flex subscription? You will need to activate or purchase it using the SNCB app.

If you need to renew your subscription, it will be necessary to renew it several days before its expiration :

  • At the latest 5 days before for combined SNCB subscriptions.
  • At the latest 10 days before for paper formats.

How to contact the lost and found service of the SNCB?

Have you misplaced an item during your journey with the SNCB? You will need to report it as quickly as possible using thecontact form.

Once the item has been found, SNCB will contact you. You can retrieve it within 7 days at the station where it is located. Beyond that, it will be sent to a storage station. In order to retrieve it from the storage station of your choice, you will have to pay 5€.

If the item remains unclaimed for 50 days, it will be donated to the ‘Petits Riens’ association.

If SNCB cannot find your item, 7 days after reporting the loss, you will receive an email informing you of the status of your request.
