Introduction
The Belgian railway station of the 130 line (Namur-Charleroi), Tamines Station is located in the municipality of Sambreville in the province of Namur.
Started in July 1843, the passenger building part of Tamines Station was built in 1880.
Tamines Station is served by Intercity (IC), Peak (P), and Suburban (S61) trains.
Outside the station, you can park your vehicle in a free parking lot, as well as your bicycle. You will be able to purchase your tickets at the counter or directly from a machine.

How to contact the lost and found service at Tamines Station?
You recently visited Tamines Station and lost an item?
You can contact the lost and found service through the contact form.
Using this form, you will make a loss declaration, you will have to provide the category of the lost item, its color, you can also provide additional information and add a photo.
When sending the contact form, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your request.
Be aware that you will receive an email as soon as the station finds your items.
You will then have 7 days to retrieve it from the station where it is located free of charge.
Is the station where your item is located far from your place or you cannot go there?
From the day of receiptde l’email vous annonçant que votre objet a été retrouvé, vous aurez la possibilité, dans un délai de 7 jours, de demander que votre colis soit mis à votre disposition dans la gare de votre choix.
A noter qu’il y aura un frais de 5€.
Au-delà du délai de mise à disposition de 7 jours, si vous n’avez pas récupéré votre objet, il sera renvoyé en gare de dépôt pour 50 jours. Passé ce délai, il ne sera plus possible de le récupérer, et il sera offert à une association : L’association « Petits riens ».
Comment réserver un train à la Gare de Tamines ?
Si vous prévoyez de prendre un train au départ de la gare de Tamines et que vous souhaitez réserver votre billet, voici la marche à suivre :
À la gare, il est possible d’acheter vos billets pour les trains internationaux du lundi au vendredi de 6H15 à 13H30 et le vendredi de 6H45 à 14H.
Des automates de la SNCB sont disponibles en gare de Tamines pour l’achat de votre ticket.
