How to contact the lost and found service of Sart Bernard Station?
If you have recently visited the Sart Bernard Station and have misplaced an item ?
You can contact the lost and found service through a contact form.
Using this form, you will make a declaration of loss, fill in the category of the lost item, its color, you can also provide additional information and add a photo.
Upon sending the contact form, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your request.
Keep in mind that you will receive an email as soon as the station finds your items.
You will then have 7 days to retrieve it at the station where it is located free of charge.
Is the station where your item is located far from your home or you cannot go there ?
Upon receiving the email informing you that your item has been found, within 7 days you can request your parcel to be made available at the station of your choice. Please note that there will be a fee of 5€.
After the 7-day collection period, if you have not retrieved your item, it will be returned to the depot station for 50 days. After this period, it will be donated to an organization: The « Petits riens » association.
