Established in 1949 in Connecticut in New Haven, GANT specialized at that time in the production of high-end sports shirts.
During the 1960s and 1970s, Elliot and Marty took control of the company and broadened its presence internationally.
Since then, GANT has launched multiple stores globally and broadened its collection. GANT also widened its ready-to-wear line by providing accessories and perfumes.
