How to contact the lost and found at Waremme Station?

Have you lost an item during your train journey or while passing through Waremme Station?

You will need to report the loss of your item using a contact form, available here.

When completing your loss form, don’t hesitate to provide all necessary details, this will assist the lost and found service.

Once your request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Has the lost and found service located your item? How can you retrieve your item?

  • At the station where it was found, within 7 days.
  • Unable to go to the station where the item was found? You can request its availability at the station of your choice within 7 days.
  • If you don’t retrieve your item within 7 days, it will be sent to a deposit station where it will stay for 50 days.
  • After 50 days, the SNCB will donate your item to a charity.

After the 7-day availability period, if you haven’t retrieved your item, it will be sent to a deposit station for 50 days. After this period, it will no longer be available for retrieval and will be donated to a charity: The « Petits Riens » Charity.

How to book a train at Waremme Station?

Are you taking a train from Waremme Station and want to reserve your ticket?
