How to reach the lost and found service at Brussels Midi Station?

If you have recently been to Brussels Midi Station and have lost an item?

You can contact the lost and found service via contact form.

With this form, you will make a loss declaration, you will have to provide the category of the lost item, its color, you can also provide additional information and add a photo.

When sending the contact form, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your request.

The lost and found service will send you an email once your item is found.

YouYou will then have 7 days to collect it from the station where it is located for free.

Is the station where your item is located far from your place or you cannot go there?

Upon receipt of the email informing you that your item has been found, you can within a period of 7 days request that your package be made available at the station of your choice.

In this case, a fee of 5€ will be charged to you.

After the 7-day availability period, if you have not retrieved your item, it will be sent back to the depot station for 50 days. After this period, it will no longer be possible for you to collect it, and it will be donated to a charity: « The Little Nothings » association.
