You will first need to report the loss of your item using this contact form.

Once your report is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your request.

The lost and found service will search for your item, once found, you will have 7 days to reclaim it for free at the station where it is located.

The station is too far or you cannot reach it within this period?

During these 7 days, you can request your item to be transferred to the station of your choice. A fee of €5 will apply.

You will have a total of 50 days to retrieve your item, after which it will be donated to the « Petits Riens » association.
