How to cancel your insurance at ARENA?
Do you have an insurance contract with ARENA and want to cancel ?
You can cancel your contract according to specific terms :
- Following an incident : no later than 1 month after the claim payment refusal or notification.
- In the event of change in insurance conditions or premium.
- In case of reduced risk.
- In the event of insolvency, withdrawal of the company’s authorization or arrangement with creditors.
- If the effective date exceeds one year.
Your cancellation request must be sent to ARENA :
- By certified mail with acknowledgment of receipt.
- Through a bailiff
How to submit a complaint at ARENA?
Are you an ARENA client and unhappy? Do you wish to submit a complaint ?
