Complaint: What to Do in Case of Dispute with Sunweb?
In the event of a dispute with Sunweb, after an issue regarding the trip, you must first contact the customer service to explain your problem and try to find a solution. If the problem persists and you cannot find a solution to your complaint or if the response provided by the customer service is unsatisfactory, you can file a complaint by sending a letter to Sunweb’s address or to the Consumer Mediation Service set up by the Federal Government.
