How to contact the lost and found service of the Delacroix Metro Station?
To contact the lost and found items, you can reach out to STIB’s customer service by phone (you will find the number above), you can also send a message using the contact form.
You will be asked for a detailed description of your item as well as the approximate date and time of loss. Don’t forget to provide your contact details.
The lost and found office to retrieve your item is located at Botanique metro station (lines 2 and 6) and is open on Monday and Wednesday from 12PM to 6PM.
When retrieving your item, administrative fees of €5 will be charged, your ID card will also be required.
