The Anneessens-Fontainas metro station is a station served by lines 4 and 5 located in the municipality of Brussels-city.
In February 2019, the Anneessens station was renamed Anneessens-Fontainas.

To contact the lost items you can reach out to the STIB customer service by phone (you will find the number above), you can also send a message using the contact form.
A detailed description of your item as well as the approximate date and time of loss will be required. Please remember to provide your details.
Once the lost and found office identifies your item, you must retrieve it from the lost and found office located at the Botanique metro station (line 2 and 6) open on Monday and Wednesday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
To retrieve your item, after reporting it, you just need to bring your ID and there will be administrative fees of €5 included.
