How to subscribe to a plan at MEETIC?

If you want to register on MEETIC?

To sign up, you will need to go to « register ». Registration is free.

If you want access to more features, you will need to subscribe to a plan.

MEETIC offers plans for 1 month, 3 months, or even 6 months.

After subscribing, if you want to change the duration of your plan?

You can change it within 14 days of the start of the plan.

How to cancel my plan at MEETIC?

If you are registered at MEETIC and want to cancel your plan?

You wish to cancel your plan:

  • From your computer :

Log in to your account, go to the « My subscription » tab and click on « Cancel renewal ».

  • From the mobile site MEETIC :

You will not be able to cancel your plan on the mobile site. You will need to do it directly from your computer or the mobile application.

  • From Android application :

Press « Me », at the top right, you will be able to access the « Settings » page. Once on the settings page, you can go to « Manage my subscription » and enter your credentials to finalize the cancellation of your plan.

  • From App Store :

You will need to go to « Settings », press your name, then « Subscriptions ».

Once on the subscriptions page, press the MEETIC subscription, the cancellation button will be at the bottom of the page.

Your cancellation must be made no later than 48 hours before the renewal date of your plan.
