How to subscribe to a membership at ELITEDATING ?
At ELITE DATING, you can access the site with the Basic subscription which is free, or if you wish to access all features, you can subscribe to the Premium subscription for 3, 6, or 12 months.
To subscribe to the membership, you must register on ELITEDATING. Once registered, you can go to your profile to change your subscription.
How to cancel my subscription at ELITEDATING ?
You have subscribed to the Premium subscription at ELITEDATING and want to cancel it?
To cancel your subscription, please go here.
Once your credentials are entered, click on « Settings » and on « My Membership ». Select Cancel, and then give the reason for your cancellation.
Once your subscription is canceled, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you see « Your cancellation is not yet complete », you will be asked to contact customer service to complete the cancellation.
Are you using the ELITEDATING app?
- For Android: You will need to go to the Google Play help page and click on « Cancel or change a subscription on Google Play ».
- For IOS: You will need to go to the Apple App Store support page and click on « View or cancel your subscriptions ».
Your cancellation request must be made 7 days before the renewal date of your contract.
You will also be able to cancel your subscription by mail or by email.
How to file a complaint at ELITEDATING ?
If you are an ELITEDATING user and want to file a complaint?
You will be able to contact the MEETIC customer service to inform them of your complaint by email.
Once the ELITEDATING service is contacted, if you do not receive a response after 30 days or the response is unsatisfactory, you can refer to the European Commission on their website.
